The Bene Gesserit Litany against Fear.

I must not fear.
Fear is the mind-killer.
Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration.
I will face my fear.
I will permit it to pass over me and through me.
And when it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path.
Where the fear has gone there will be nothing.
Only I will remain.
The Bene Gesserit are a key group from Frank Herbert's science fiction universe of Dune. They are a secretive sisterhood of women who train their bodies and minds though years of physical and mental conditioning, attaining powers and abilities that can seem almost magical. Due to their secretive nature and misunderstood abilities, outsiders often call them witches.

Fear not the fear but the ignorance of fear.
To fist a fight, sight the fighter.
To lit a light, frighten the night.

Fought many a times, But lost more than a heart.
In the end still gauging the enemy.
Its not the fear anymore, its the hope now.

-Once frightened, twice wounded. Yet armred.
